Quality We personally check every single shipment, in order to be sure of the quality of the product. Ingredients: 100% peel and pulp of coffea arabica L., without the addition of preservatives or additives.

Each selection of CASCARA has a unique and new taste, a combination of multiple aromas that are transformed during the tasting.

Grinding: CASCARA is ground at low temperature using a special process in order not to alter its organoleptic properties. CASCARA cannot be ground with normal coffee grinders, as they are optimized to grind roasted beans, not dried fruits.

Storage: The shelf life of ground CASCARA is at least one year from the date of packaging, in a dry place and away from heat sources. Even if it is already ground, CASCARA does not lose its aroma as it happens with ground coffee, because it is not roasted but only dried naturally in the sun.
